Six Sigma Consult was awarded through PPRA regulations for master planning/ designing and supervision for external development surrounding the PSQCA building. The design was challenging since the level difference was approx. 40 ft. andplot sizes were restricted.
Six Sigma Consult defines its role to plan based on existing contours and allowable grades for access roads. To support lateral pressure and impact of fill soil, 20 to 30 ft. high retaining walls are proposed with buttresses to strengthen the integrity of the structure.
