The building is state-of-the-art 2B+G+8 floors shopping mall and office facility. The architectural concept is derived and composed by Spanish architect. The project site is located along of GT road. The Consultant designed the structure with provision of 225 RCC piles with retaining walls and MRF structures. During design, the Consultant held all coordination with architect and MEP engineers and top supervision. The design was also vetted by Dr. Afzal servicing in Islamabad.
