Gwadar Creek City (GCC) is a 110 acres commercial development land located at Marine drive &Padizer Avenue. The GCC is one parcel of the 600 acres package. The other packages are Gwadar Creek City (Phase-2) &Gwadar Creek Arena.

Six Sigma Consult defines its role to plan based on existing contours and allowable grades for the access roads. To support lateral pressure and impact of fill soil, 20-30 ft high Retaining walls are proposed with buttress to strengthen the integrity of structure.

The Motor City is an exclusive them on Motor racing. The Client has designed the principal theme based on Clover leaves which represent an integral element of interchanges.

The Motor City-Track

The Motor City Racing Circuit has been designed based on the theme of the project. The geometry and cross sections were designed on CIA criteria to fulfill international standards.
